7-Day Exchange Warranty

At Smarter Cartly, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. Please read our policy carefully:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: It is COMPULSORY to record a continuous video while unboxing your parcel. If the product is found damaged or faulty, a claim will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is provided as proof. Without a video, no exchange or refund request will be entertained.

Exchange Only: We offer an Exchange-Only policy. We do not provide cash refunds. If your claim is verified, we will replace the faulty item with a new one or provide a store credit for future purchases.

Claim Period: Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" or if the product has been used/damaged by the customer.
